Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our team.

STANDARD CANCELLATION TERMS

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date: Full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 3-6 days before check-in: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in or no-shows: No refund.

PEAK SEASON & HOLIDAY PERIODS

During peak seasons (festivals, long weekends, and public holidays), cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date will be non-refundable.

MODIFICATIONS

  • Date modifications are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before check-in.
  • Any rate difference due to season, occupancy, or room category will be applicable.
