BOOKING & PAYMENTS

• A valid ID and advance payment are required to confirm a reservation.
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

• Check-in time: 1:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

GUEST CONDUCT

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and avoid any disruptive behavior.
• Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
• Alcohol consumption is permitted as per property rules.

DAMAGES & LIABILITY

• Guests will be liable for any damage caused to the property.
• The resort is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
